What is Metabolic Syndrome or Insulin Resistance? Simply put, Americans have a problem with sugar. Sugar is in almost everything we eat, so much so that our bodies anticipate it. It takes insulin to break down sugar. So our bodies expect it as we eat, and just kicks up the insulin, we have trained our bodies over time to use and love sugar and starches - Simple Carbs. In doing so we have also trained our body to not only hold onto the fat, but to add it and store it.
LGN Fitness & Nutrition has been working on this Meal Plan for over 4 years. We have interviewed several Doctors and Certified Nutritionist in an effort to make this as healthy and productive as possible. We have including finding from research done by major Universities all over America
